This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 166 dated 04.05.2017 under sections 7(1)& 10 of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act, 1975 (Section 420 IPC added later) at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 08, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 08, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
