*** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J.(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged delay in deciding his complaint, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot, to decide his complaint at an early date. A perusal of the zimni orders, reproduced in the petition, would show that the petitioner has also been contributing in causing delay in the proceedings. Further, now the matter is listed before the CJM, Faridkot for 16.3.2015.

In view of the above, no case for interference has been made out.

Dismissed.
