This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 103 dated 20.10.2017 under sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B, 427 IPC at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 08, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 08, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
