ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.210 dated 17.10.2017 registered under Sections 294, 384, 506 read with Section 34 IPC and 67 of the Information and Technology Act at Police Station City Phagwara, District Kapurthala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the orders dated 08.12.2017 and 19.02.2018, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rampal, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.12.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
