Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.82 dated 21.02.2019 under Section 21 of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station, City, Kaithal.

According to the prosecution, on 21.02.2019, petitioner was apprehended with 10.5 gram of smack without any permit or license. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
