(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.109 dated 12.09.2016, registered under Sections 306 and 34 IPC at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural, Punjab and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 17.10.2018 (P-2) and affidavit dated 17.10.2018 (P-3).
Pursuant to order dated 30.10.2018, of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 26.11.2018 for recording their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.742 dated 27.11.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide letter bearing SONIKA 2019.05.07 15:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

According to the reports ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, is satisfied that complainant-Inderjit Singh has effected the compromise with the petitioners with his own will and without any coercion or pressure from any corner and same is found to be genuine. In compliance of order dated 26.03.2019, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon dated 27.11.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.109 dated 12.09.2016 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
