(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.06 dated 25.1.2016, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Vide order of even date passed by this Court in CRM-M22990-2019, titled "Gurvinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab", order dated RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.07 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-22881-2019 (O&M) 8.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib, declaring the petitioner a proclaimed person has been set aside. The petitioner has undertaken to appear before the learned trial Court on or before 22.1.2020.

Consequently, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 22.1.2020. In the event of petitioner doing so, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing adequate bail bond/surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial Court. However, it is made clear that this order shall be operative only till 22.1.2020 and thereafter, it will automatically cease to be in operation. January 6, 2020.
