Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for quashing of the FIR No.230 dated 18.8.2014 under Sections 323,324,34 IPC, PS Phillaur,Distt.Jalandhar (later on Section 326 IPC added) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise(P-2).

Statements in terms of compromise have also been recorded.

At the time of hearing,leaned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagir Singh states that compromise has only been effected by the complainant against the present accused whereas there is no compromise with two other co-accused who are facing trial. In the light of partial compromise and the trial nearing its end, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is hoped that the trial court would expedite the conclusion of the trial at the earliest.
