     is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the final seniority list dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure P-1) of Senior Lecturer Applied Sciences.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the objections filed by him was not considered before making final seniority list. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he will be satisfied, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh objection/representation and a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide such objection/representation submitted by the petitioner in a time-bound manner.
