Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that the offence punishable under Section 420, IPC, is compoundable as per provisions contained in Section 320, Cr.PC., and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to approach learned Area Judicial Magistrate for redressal of their (petitioners) grievances in accordance with law.
