*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the full salary to the petitioner for the period from June, 2017 to date which has been withheld by the respondents despite grant of no objection certificates with full pay for doing PG Degree from the year 2017 to 2019 along with interest @ 18% p.a. It transpires that during pendency of the writ proceedings, an administrative order dated 14.03.2022 has been passed whereby claim of the petitioner qua arrears of the salary has been accepted and, accordingly, writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. Further, it is expected of the respondents to accord the benefit of the administrative order to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today since he continues to be deprived of his salary despite having rendered service for the commensurate period. 20.04.2022 (ARUN MONGA) vandana JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
