By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order, Annexure P-9, by which, application of the petitioner for grant of Arms Licence, has been rejected.

State counsel has placed on record a copy of reasoned order dated 23.05.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Karnal, whereby, application submitted by the petitioner for grant of Firearms Licence, has been rejected.
