ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 207 dated 16.07.2020 under Sections 354, 323, 342, 427, 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 17.08.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from ASI Varinder Singh, does not controvert the fact that petitioners have joined the investigation and therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 17.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
