(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The husband of the petitioner, who was working as Safai Sewak in Municipal Council, Jalalabad (W) expired while in service on 28.5.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although it has been more than one year ever since the husband of petitioner had expired but the respondents have paid an amount of ` 4 lacs only while all other retiral dues are yet to be paid. It has further been submitted that although a legal notice dated 6.7.2020 (Annexure P-3) was served upon the respondents but to no avail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-The Executive PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.18 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CWP-11965-2020 (O&M) Officer, Municipal Council, Jalalabad (W), District Fazilka to dispose of the legal notice dated 6.7.2020 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from today. In case, anything is found to be due the same be paid within a period of one month therafter. The complete details of the dues be also furnished to the petitioner. A copy of this order alongwith legal notice dated 6.7.2020 (Annexure P-3) be sent to respondent No.4-The Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jalalabad (W), District Fazilka so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
