Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 to 3 to proceed with the complaints (Annexures P3 & P4), respectively, filed by the petitioner against respondents No. 5 & 6 who demolished his lawfully built residential house without any reason.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made complaints dated 29.6.2017 (Annexure P3) and dated 17.11.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondents No. 2 & 3, respectively, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation dated 17.11.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law.
