(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection if the proceedings before the trial Court are continued subject to the condition that the order dated 10.09.2019 passed in CRM-M-38020-2019, CRM-M38024-2019 & CRM-M-38280-2019, granting exemption of personal appearance of the petitioner, may continue.

-3Learned State counsel submits that challan has already been presented on 16.02.2018 and the case is now fixed for framing of charge. In view of the above, all these five petitions are disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas/defences during the course of trial, however, the order dated 10.09.2019 passed in CRM-M-38020-2019, CRM-M38024-2019 & CRM-M-38280-2019, granting exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, will continue to operate during pendency of the trial.

Disposed of, accordingly.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases.
