RUPINDERJIT CHAHAL, J. (ORAL) 1.

By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner prays for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to provide security from the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 9 as they are harassing and threatening the petitioner and his family members. 2.

A perusal of status report dated 08.09.2021, filed by respondentState reveals that the allegations of the petitioner were investigated and no threat was assessed to his life and liberty and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 9. Status report further states that the petitioner has been found to be moving false complaints against the private respondents in order to pressurize them to withdraw FIR No. 70 registered against the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
