Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner from Aarohi Model Senior Secondary School, Ghaso Khurd, Jind to Aarohi Model Senior Secondary School, Chajpur, Panipat, as recommended by the Committee constituted for transfers of teachers vide recommendation dated 23/22.01.2020, Annexure P-10, keeping in view the fact that petitioner's son is 100% mentally disabled and mother-in-law and father-in-law are suffering from Cancer and chronic diseases, respectively.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, has circulated a copy of order dated 10/13.09.2021, passed by the Director Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, whereby services of the petitioner have been placed at disposal of Aarohi Model Senior Secondary School, Chhajpur Kalan, Panipat, till further orders. Copy of order dated 10/13.09.2021, furnished in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Ms. Jyoti, Legal Assistant Secondary Education Department, submits that the petitioner shall be permitted to continue at the said post. In view of the above, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
