##%& '() Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.03 dated 07.01.2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the real brother of the complainant; that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had forged a Will dated 08.04.1993 of the maternal grandfather-Sarup Singh Chauhan (Nana) executed in favour of Gurmeet Kaur Bahad; that the complainant has also filed a civil suit, which is pending adjudication qua the aforesaid Will and that the petitioner has been in custody since 10.06.2021. %
