***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.129 dated 09.03.2022 under Sections 36(1) Punjab Apartment and Property Act, 1995 registered at Police Station Zirakpur, Distt. SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Petitioner remains unrepresented today.

Affidavit of Bikramjit Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali on behalf of the respondent-State has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 08.08.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 08.08.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
