Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Bhupinder Singh of Police Station, City, Sirsa, submits that the case before learned Trial Court is fixed for recording of the statement in terms of Section 313, Cr.P.C., of the petitioner. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
