(Oral) The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated March 30, 2001 dismissed the main petition in which orders passed under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 rejecting the claim of the proprietors to declare them owners of the suit land, were challenged. The above-stated order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court but the Special Leave Petition was withdrawn with a view to file Review Application. Thereafter the instant Review Application was filed seeking recall/review of the order dated March 30,2001. RA No.15 of 2004 in CWP No.1830 of 2009 [2] The Review Application was listed before a learned Single Judge on 05.03.2004 when it was adjourned "to await the verdict of the Full Bench in RA No.249 of 2002 in CWP No.10803 of 2002 (Mujaid Khan and another versus State of Haryana and others).

The above-stated Review Application No.249 of 2002 was listed before Three Judge Bench on 20.02.2004 but was ordered to be listed before an appropriate Bench. That Review Application came up for hearing before a Division Bench on 26.03.2004 and was dismissed as no ground for review was made out.

The instant Review Application, however, could not be listed after the above-stated decision in Review Application No.249 of 2002 as the Senior Assistant who was dealing with the file unfortunately died.

Be that as it may, we have heard learned counsel for the review-applicants at a considerable length. The order dated March 30, 2001 is self-explanatory. All the contentions raised on behalf of the review-applicants were duly dealt with. There is no error apparent on the record.

No case to review or recall the order dated March 30, 2001 is made out.

Dismissed.
