Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 50 dated 07.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 307, 452, 324, 323, 506, 336, 148 & 149 IPC (Sections 325 & 326 IPC were added lateron) at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sukhbir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
