Though the allegations against petitioners 1 and 2 of having fired shots at Hassan and Shokat are apparently very serious but in view of no specific injury having been found on the person of any of the above said two PWs; the petitioners having already joined the investigation; they having not been named in the FIR; no specific injury having been attributed to them, they can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioners, they will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that they will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
