(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that since two petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders, he does not intend to press this petition in the present form, at this stage. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one after the proclaimed offenders surrender before the learned trial court. Permission is granted.
