**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 222 dated 18.5.2017 registered at Police Station Sadar Charkhi Dadri, District Bhiwani under Sections 302, 34, 498-A IPC (later on changed Section 306, 498-A, 34 IPC).
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the fatherin-law who is 71 years old and is in custody since 22.5.2017. He states that the mother-in-law was allowed bail while the husband of the deceased is in custody. Counsel further contends that the complainant and father of the deceased have been examined and the incident had taken place 12 years after the marriage.
The petitioner is in custody for almost 11 months. The main witnesses have been examined.
