(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 32 dated 24.02.2024 registered under Sections 376(2)(N), 506 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station City Sangrur, District Rupnagar. Custody certificate dated 22.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 02 months and 19 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
