An altercation erupted on account of complainant-Daljit Singh refusing to change the defective Mobile Charger or in the alternative refund the price thereof. It is alleged that the injuries with iron punch were caused by the present accused resulting into fracture of the nose of Inderjeet employee of the complainant and fracture of the knee of the complainant with a slugger is attributed to co-accused. It is contended that the dispute had occurred on the spur of moment and no serious injuries were caused.
