With no objection from the learned counsel opposite, the present application is allowed.
Annexures P-25 to P-30 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. CRM-M-47803-2018 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.477 dated 19.06.2018, registered under Sections 384, 406, 420, 500, 506, 511 and 120-B, at Police Station Sadar, Gurgaon.

CRM-M-47803-2018 (O&M) -2Vide order dated 30.10.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mukesh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 30.10.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
