This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action on representation dated 24th June, 2021.

Notice of motion was issued to the official respondents. Learned State counsel has sent through electronic medium report of filing of representation, same is taken on record. She, on instructions from SI Raghbir, submits that representation was considered and rejected finding no truth in the allegations. She further submits that no threat apprehension was found.
