SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.188 dated 20.04.2020 under Sections 148, 149, 188, 323, 325, 324, 285 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 307 IPC was wrongly deleted) and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh, to Crime Branch Panchkula or any other independent agency. Further direction has been sought to decide the representation dated 06.05.2020 (Annexure P-1) and to provide protection to the family of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he is not pressing his first prayer for transfer of the investigation. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide his representation (Annexure P-1) which is pending.
