***** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 08.02.2023 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tohana, whereby the application filed by the petitioner praying for reviewing the judgment and decree dated 02.08.2022 passed by the afore-said Court has been dismissed; alongwith certain other prayers.

A perusal of the case file shows shows that the order impugned in the present petition has emerged from the review filed against the judgment and decree dated 02.08.2022 passed by the trial Court. The said judgment and decree itself is appealable. Therefore, the petitioner has a remedy of filing appeal against the said judgment and decree on all possible legal grounds.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present petition itself.

Dismissed.
