After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas before the trial court. He, however, submits that petitioner no. 3 is a 50 years old woman, her personal appearance before the trial court may be exempted during the trial court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case petitioner no. 3 moves an application for exemption of her personal appearance, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the personal appearance of petitioner no. 3 on such terms and conditions, as it deems proper to impose. The petitioner no. 3 may be allowed to appear through her counsel except on the dates her presence is necessary.
