RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents to register an FIR under Sections 120-B, 149, 427, 451, 506 IPC with a further prayer to constitute a Special Investigation Team for investigating the aforementioned offences committed against present petitioner. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 03.05.2023 and 04.05.2023, Annexures P-7 and P-8, respectively.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner filed a representation before DGP, Punjab and a copy thereof has been sent to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but no action has been taken thereon till date.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Commissioner of MEENU 2023.05.16 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
