(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.495 dated 16.09.2017 under Sections 186/224/225/307/332/353 and 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat. . Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 11, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 11, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
