The accused petitioner is alleged to have entered the house at 10.00 pm on 29.1.2016 of the complainant under the influence of liquor and thereafter inflicted a Sword blow on the left side of the back as also on the left hand finger of complainant. Upon notice, learned State counsel submits that as per MLR there is incised wound 1.5 cm x .3 cm on the posterior side of the chest wall and recovery of weapon is yet to be effected.
