(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to avail the appropriate and efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to them under law, to lay challenge to the order (Annexure P-3) passed by learned trial Court on 20.12.2023 regarding the appointment of Receiver, before the Competent Court. Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
