By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2-5 for fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.9 dated 23.01.2023 regsitered under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. 2.

Having argued for some time, learned Senior counsel prays for withdrawal of present petition to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
