Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel submit that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined, statements of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have also been recorded and even the final arguments have been heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main case expeditiously. In view of above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is expected that the trial Court will dispose of the main case expeditiously as per the instructions issued by this Court.
