Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Mansa, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Mansa (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within two weeks in accordance with law, on presentation of the certified copy of the present case.
