(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Sameer Mehta, son of Sunil Mehta, resident of House No. 74/7, New Partap Nagar, Ambala City, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 506 read with Sections 34, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 342, dated 29.8.2014, registered at Police Station, Baldev Nagar, District Ambala.

Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate and seek bail in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn.
