Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 to 4 for taking appropriate legal action against respondents No. 5 & 6 for giving grievous injury to the petitioner and hurling of caste related remarks in public view. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P6) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
