-2- 7% % 6 1 4 0% 6% 6 +,4, / 6 / (& 1.Status report dated 27.05.2024 filed in the form of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the complainant have submitted that there are chances of the matter being amicably settled, as such, they pray that the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 3.In view of the facts and circumstances, without commenting on the merits thereof, it is deemed appropriate that the matter be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
4.Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre of this Court on 05.06.2024 at 11:00 A.M. 5.Report of the Mediator be awaited for 28.08.2024. 6.In the meanwhile, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within 05 days from today and co-operate in the same. In the event of the arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."
