Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 27 dated 03.12.2014 registered under Sections 498A/406 IPC at Police Station Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that there has been compromise between the parties and statement to this effect has been made before Additional District Judge, Ludhiana. He further submits that investigation pursuant to FIR is still pending.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Shilesh Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits in case investigation is still pending, investigating officer shall take all aspects of the matter into consideration before submitting its final report under section 173 Cr.P.C.
