This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 203 dated 12.09.2017 under sections 379-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel submits that recovery of `8,000/- was effected from the petitioner. Besides he is involved in eight other criminal cases.
