ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 18.05.2022 the following order was passed : "On first call, a request for a pass-over was made and the matter was accordingly passed over. However, on second call no one has turned up on behalf of the applicant-appellants.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.09.2022. Meanwhile, pendency of the present appeal shall not be treated as a stay of execution proceedings, if any, pending in the lower Court."

Today also no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
