ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.99 dated 15.09.2015 for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 506 IPC at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, submits that charge has already been framed on 11.08.2016 and the case is now fixed for 14.09.2017 for evidence of prosecution witnesses.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all available pleas, in accordance with law.
