There is allegation of recovery of 60 grams of heroin, which is non-commercial quantity. Petitioner was on bail and for her solitary absence on 29.1.2016, her bail bonds were cancelled and nonbailable warrants issued. The explanation is of noting wrong date. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that pursuant to the order dated 17.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 17.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
