Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.135, dated 01.05.2021, under Sections 285, 506 read with Section 354 IPC and under Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
