Present revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 18.3.2026 passed by the Special Judge, Fast Track under the NDPS Act, Fatehabad, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of statutory/default bail was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner stands granted the concession of regular bail vide order dated 11.5.2026 passed in BA No.976 of 2026 by the Special Judge, Fast Track under NDPS Act, Fatehabad.
